The Situation

Forte has operated in systems integration, software development and defence technology since the early 2000s. The group includes subsidiaries serving distinct sectors — MilSOFT, ELD Bilişim, Cetwell and ForIPS among them.

That multi-layered structure created a problem online. Services, solutions, subsidiaries and investor content were presented in isolation from one another, leaving visitors without a single vantage point on the group as a whole. Corporate communications, careers and investor relations all needed to address distinctly different audiences through the same platform.

Forte needed a corporate platform that stated the group identity clearly, presented its subsidiaries and services in a comprehensible hierarchy, and allowed Turkish and English content to be managed from one system.

How We Worked

1

Discovery and Content Architecture

We mapped the group companies, service lines and target audiences, then structured the content hierarchy around that map.

In a group with multiple subsidiaries, the decisive question is how many steps it takes a visitor to reach what they came for.

2

Design System

We built a design language that holds up consistently across group and subsidiary pages while keeping a corporate, technical tone.

Subsidiaries serving very different sectors still had to read as one brand.

3

Development

We built a statically generated, component-based structure on Next.js, with Turkish and English content managed from the same foundation.

Bilingual support was part of the architecture from the start, not a layer added afterwards.

4

Investor and Careers Sections

We set up separate content streams for investor relations, news and job applications.

These sections had different update frequencies and different content owners.

5

Launch and Handover

We completed the redirect plan, search engine configuration and Google Tag Manager setup, then handed content management to the team.

Preserving existing search visibility was a precondition of the migration.
