The Situation
Founded in Ankara in 2016, Ekin Enerji works in grounding and lightning protection systems, low-voltage applications, industrial facility electrical works, airport ground lighting and power transmission lines. Its client base consists of corporate contractors in the defence, aviation and energy sectors.
With that client profile, purchasing decisions rest on whether technical capability and completed work can be evidenced. The existing digital presence did not present service areas, certifications and project history in a way that met that expectation.
Ekin Enerji needed a corporate site that described its service areas with technical accuracy, presented completed and ongoing projects as an archive, and included English content for international business development.
How We Worked
Discovery and Scope
We classified service areas, certifications and the project archive together with the technical team.
For a technical contractor, a well-structured reference archive is the most valuable content on the site.
Information Architecture
We separated service areas, projects, corporate information and careers into distinct streams.
Different visitor types — contractors, candidates, suppliers — needed different entry points.
Design and Development
We built a custom WordPress theme and structured the project archive and catalogue sections as dedicated content types.
The content needed to grow in-house over time; structured content types made that sustainable.
Bilingual Structure
We set up the Turkish and English content structure with language-based routing and hreflang configuration.
The international business development goal required English content to surface separately in search.
Launch and Handover
We completed search engine configuration, KVKK and GDPR notices, then handed content management to the team.
Keeping the project archive current directly determines the site's business development value.
