About the Role

As an AI-Augmented Full-Stack Principal Engineer at Pixir, you'll leverage AI tools alongside modern engineering practices to build high-performance digital products for our enterprise clients. This role encompasses technical leadership, architectural decisions, and hands-on development. In our small but impactful team, every decision you make directly shapes the product.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the technical architecture of enterprise web applications and sites
Full-stack development with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
Integrate AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) into daily development workflows and champion this culture across the team
Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality standards
Produce technical solutions aligned with client requirements and document them
Apply best practices for performance, accessibility, and SEO

Requirements

At least 7 years of full-stack software development experience
Deep knowledge and production experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
Active use of and experience with AI-assisted development tools
Experience making architectural decisions in enterprise projects
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern CSS approaches
Strong technical communication skills in English

Nice to Have

Experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, or similar backend technologies
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Open source contribution experience
Deployment experience on Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud platforms
